Jessica Romero
Licensed Manager Starfish Midtown
Jessica is the licensed manager at Starfish Care Homes with 8 years of experience in senior care and healthcare. She is a Certified Medical Assistant from Pima Medical Institute and has skills in memory care, Alzheimer’s care, caregiving, customer service, and staff supervision.
At Starfish, Jessica oversees daily operations, supports residents and families, and helps lead the caregiving team to maintain a warm and safe home environment.
In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

My favorite part of working at Starfish is the family-like atmosphere. Caregivers are always smiling and enjoying their time with the residents.
Heather Trujillo
Licensed Manager Starfish Village
Heather is a Licensed Manager at Starfish Care Homes, Village location. She has over 20 years of management experience and four years of experience working directly with seniors in assisted living. Heather brings strong nurturing skills and compassion for seniors to Starfish. She exemplifies professionalism and leadership while always prioritizing the care and well-being of our residents.

Geonna is a dedicated assisted living manager with over 20 years of experience in senior care. Currently leading the Rolling Hills location, Geonna specializes in fostering a nurturing environment that prioritizes resident independence, dignity and safety. Geonna is passionate about building strong relationships with residents, families, and empowering her staff to provide the highest standard of care. When not at home Geonna enjoys spending her time with her children and family.
Kimberly Canterbury
Manager, Starfish Old Spanish Trail
Kimberly Canterbury attended Saguaro High School and studied at Pima Community College East. Kim holds Caregiver and CNA certifications. I was inspired to enter the medical field because of my mother’s illness. I wanted to better understand diagnoses and medications so I could provide the best care possible. Caring for others is something I truly enjoy. I started my journey at Starfish as a caregiver assistant and have grown into my current role as a manager.

As a dedicated Healthcare Administrator committed to creating a supportive environment for both patients and staff. I manage resources, coordinate services, and implement policies that enhance care delivery and operational excellence for Starfish Care Homes. With 8 years of Senior care experience and 4 years of management experience, I take great pride in creating a safe and welcoming environment for residents and employees
